Dhillan Bhardwaj is a rich kid who lives in a mansion in Leicester, which has five living rooms, three kitchens, a tennis court, a cinema, a gym and 20 bedrooms, but no animals. On Rich Kids Go Skint, we see Dylan live for a week with a woman who lives on benefits. This rich kid hates small dogs and animals, but how will he cope when he has to live in a small house with lots of them?

I agree. People are attacking him for no reason. Just like some people can't help that they came from poverty he can't help that he came from wealth so instead of living off of his parents he took advantage of his opportunities and made something of himself which is the best thing he could have done.

He’s made a fortune but it’s always easier to do when you had a fortune to start with. He likely was given a healthy chunk of change by his parents to start his business. His success is commendable but I’m always more impressed with people who’ve struggled and sacrificed for their success.

@Wet vegetables money doesn’t mean no white privilege. It goes down to how your punished eg with the stop and searches most black people don’t even have drugs on the half the time they’re stopped and searched and when they do 80% of the time they’re taken to the police station where as white people with drugs are often let off. Not to mention how many kids in school are more likely to be suspended because of their skin for the SAME offence. Money doesn’t mean no white privilege so please don’t use that.

It’s called television. everything is enhanced to look like they’re completely at the end of both spectrums. notice hoe the mansions are always so neat and filmed so well, and then once they show the poor people’s houses, the camerawork chances and it looks less cinematic and more realistic. PLUS, the more cluttered it is, the smaller the rooms look.

Right, in so many of the episodes the 'skint' family usually has fairly decent sized homes and gardens but the place always looks 'poor' because they make zero effort to maintain it. My own family home is small but still presentable on the inside, so tired of people thinking you need millions to have a nice home. You can literally do your own home up on a budget.

THIS. Poor does not equal messy or dirty. You could be living in the most tiny house but it can still be a cosy, nice place to live if you keep it clean, tidy and well kept. You don't need money to do that.

What’s annoying about the poor family is not that they are poor or living in a small house but really it is annoying that they are truly dirty and messy and if screens let us smell it is obviously smelly. Why don’t they clean or have their hair done. They know someone is coming. At least clean a little bit. Being poor doesn’t mean be dirty too. Which most british poor family I had seen in this episode.

My opinion of what Im seeing is "poor mentality will perpetuate poor reality". No it's not fine. Chickens are gregarious creatures and shouldn't be kept alone ever. They should always have at least one other of their species that's why the ideal is 3 chickens so that if one dies there's still 2. Plus that cage is tiny and extremely unclean.

Giving money to poor people wont solve their problems. Most of them have bad financial literacy, and will spend it to meet short term goals, but after a few months they'd be back to the same situation they were. Those who are poorer will need to address the core issue as to why they're poor, and then device a proper long term strategy

Most people say that if a rich kid has made their business, their parents helped him. So what? If you all were rich you would obviously help your children and give them some right of your money. Obviously people should stand on their own two feet incase circumstances a change in life so they can just but no need to sit and criticise every single person who has more wealth. Your only concern should be if they're a kind person, their income is not for you to judge.
