Awesome video! I've fished private docks many times, I just don't step foot onto them. One has to be careful anymore, there's a lot of unstable people out there. Seems it doesn't take much to set them off. I've been thinking of improving my fishing odds by getting a pair of red sneakers. With my luck they'll turn pink first time out.

I guarantee you that if Elmo showed up & showed off them Yankee dock owners would run in the house and call the 👮. It’d scare em half to death. Serve them right for thinking they can post the water around their dock.

Fan here...ya know, I have probably caught crappie before but lost em using way too hevy tackle. I'm down-sizing my gear (that was SUPPOSED to be store-bought ultralight equipment) for those situations. It's very small, lightweight gear. Thanks for your work & letting people know!

We shore fish for crappie and Perch in central Pennsylvania...Since April 5th, we have caught 1,893 keeper crappies and 460 Perch keepers. All numbers are kept track of on our calendar. We are allowed 50 panfish each daily and generally catch 4 times that but not all keepers. The only thing I use is trout Mags and trout Mag jigs tipped with minnows or 1 inch G. minnows.

That was your best closing ever! Some producer needs to take notice of you and create your own show on any one of the sports channels on TV. Jut send a bunch of them your KZfaq link. That'll be all you need do. P.S. I went Bluegill fishing last Saturday with Gulp Nightcrawlers and wound up catching more Crappie!

Another good video Richard!!! I’ve been catching some big bluegill bigger than I’ve ever caught before. A lot bigger than my hand at our local greenbelt. Been about too hot to be out while it’s sunny. Hot hot. Love your videos Richard!! Hey they make a small thing you can get that will keep your neck cool I will have to look it up and see what it’s called but it don’t have to be wet or anything it’s really nice to have.

I'm on Canoe Creek and summer time crappie can be both shallow or deep. I do find slip bobber rigging on deeper piles produce less fish but better quality and I go to skipping docks if I'm just in need of a win and not out learning

Was catching crappie 12-15'' long this last weekend on docks 15'-20' at the front post Had to go to 1/16 oz. jigs to fish faster, are faster fall rate to get a bite. Good show. FLC
