impressive... thank you. ps: are you positive XKD546 is presently equipped with a wide angle head (or even semi wide)? usually the bridge between the camshafts is not like that on wide angle heads (plus the head bolts have a little bit more clearance)...

really enjoyed this professional grade work. I don't see any mystery between the values of the two versions of the short wheelbase D Jaguar XK's , the more valuable one can be used on the street, and has room for a passenger.

Some great results, some not so great. I wonder if the race cars lose out because their history is over glamourised? Road cars capture the spirit of the time. Race cars are really test beds for engineering. The numbers link them to specific races and if the bits have been changed out where does that leave the buyer? They don’t even have manuals to go with them!

Id love to see some of the old classic styles on the road again . To many of these beautiful cars are bought by billionares and private collectors never to see the light of day again.
