5. The Safety Assessment Study for each of the towers within the district.
6. A copy of the approval for each of the installations for each of the transmitter towers within the district.
7. A list of the regulations and guidelines, as well as the sources to locate any regulations or guidelines, which regulate the installation of wireless transmitters.

While I was a tourtured prisoner in Cardiff for four years starting with lockdown and the roll out of 5g masts nearby , recieving extreme harm , unable to escape the 5G , unable to find somewhere to go to and EHS , to both Electromagnetic and Radiation , I was given the runaround by the Senedd , MP'S ,Council and all conected departments . The Welsh Commision said my human rights were being violated in several catagories. Forcing Gov to address the situation is the only way as they are the ones responsible for this diabolical action. Every other official body uses their guidlines . Council are liable but use legislation to avoid all responsability. Telecommunications are protected by government who have failed their responsability. We haven't got 40 years to fight for justice. There is potentially nowhere safe anymore with Elons satalites and talk of drones by Gov to fill in quiet spots.

I wrote to Cornwall Council 2 years ago, asking for details on planning permission & risk assessments for all the towers. The council replied that non of that is their responsibility, it's the responsibility of the providers who erect the towers. So basically, the cell phone companies provide their own planning permission & conduct their own risk assessments, couldn't make this s**t up.

Happily, the situation I mentioned re my wife and myself was a few years ago and following an operation for my wife and for me a lengthy radiology course we are ok now subject to lifelong ongoing medication for us both. Since then, I spent a lot of time investigating the radiation hazard from Smart maters and was amazed. The scariest is that the radiation passes through brick walls and into a neighbour's home!! People are unwittingly placing your friends next door at jeopardy which includes of course children and pets. I suggest you ask your next doors if they have a smart meter?? Following my discovery of a company that provides Faraday screening which reduces the radiation by about 90% making it safe, I spent a few years making these for the company but recently due to a long covid problem have been forced to stop this. Please consider the radiation as a very serious threat which is being covered up by the government.

I live in Milwaukee in Wisconsin in the US and my daughters school has a 5G antenna on the roof of her school... It turns out the public school system has rented the space to whoever put the antenna there. I tried to talk to her teacher and the principal and the school system people and they all acted like I was a crazy person for believing this to be very dangerous... I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering this is the same school that was paying parents$100 per kid to get them the jab.... 😡🤬🤯

I have been working with different government agencies for several years. I would suggest making multiple smaller requests over time rather than one giant request at one time. Governments do not attract a lot of highly efficient workers at the low levels that would be filling these requests. Making them more simple and something they can fulfill within a few hours of work should greatly improve your response time.

Here in Australia and probably anywhere else where people went through the "education" system after the '70s if you send a letter or email with two or three questions they only a swer the first one then give you a standard spiel paragraph to finish off which has nothing to do with any of your questions. I have learned to ask very simple questions, one by one, using short sentences,

I am convinced that the only way to have any public recourse for any questionable actions by others is to make them personally responsible to the public. The process I suggest is for those asking questions and either they suspect unprepared (bypassing legalities) or that lies are being used can report to a relevant council for clarifications with names being supplied.

Thank you. I don't know how many of us will be able to afford this but in sense, it's already too late if taking them to court as the damage and harm to health, or even death, has already happened. I've just had to remove my son from school because they erected a 17metre pole less than 1metre from the school playing field.. Only a metal fence between it and our children.. We objected to this happening in 2022 and were told it wasn't going ahead.. Suddenly a new document appeared and all of a sudden the pole was put up on Wednesday.. I have contacted so many people within the council and are so far being fobbed off.. Worst of all the school doesn't care

Yesterday we went to Bournemouth and Poole as a family. During the three-hour drive from Nuneaton to Bournemouth we saw trucks carrying tanks, from time to time there were several of these trucks with tanks (one truck, one tank). They were all going in the opposite direction to ours. I wonder where they transported them and for what purpose? Has anyone else noticed such actions?

About 5 minutes in - I would also ask for info re. they type of transmissions sent, as in is it steady stream transmissions or pulsed. If pulsed, how OFTEN the pulses occur per unit time. Non-ionizing radiation is NOT entirely harmless - it depends on the frequency of the radiation wavelengths, and pulsed is especially damaging. This is incredibly important information. Put on notice, a "Notice of Intent," the local "Mayor," they are the chief officer of the town, district, county, the CEO of the council, and The MP of the district, calling them all out by their given names. The prime minister, called them all out to get the information that is needed and required, if they fob you off, send them a notice with another notice "Right of Claim," which is a "Claim of Right," holding the liable, do not let them fob you off. That is what the legal system does with us, carry on in a straight line by staying focused, if these people we employ or elect cannot get the answers, who can?

If you can't find the actual signatory then surely each one of them are liable unless in a panic they point their finger at the one who did. Then again is there a signature? Is it government taking over whether the council agree or not? So then who, in the government, made this happen? All of them - or someone higher up and is too above themselves to bother with us annoying little ants.
