For the first time in my life I've recently sunken to the point where I've seriously contemplated - and almost have - taking my life. It's a downward spiral. It's not a sudden thing, but just you feel day after day get tougher, and the idea of dying, by your hands or another's, becomes more resound in your mind. I can truthfully say if it wasn't for Fury as a role model and hearing his testimony, I probably would have long ago. Thank you, Tyson.

@@natereg9747 I am. I felt like Mike Tyson as a kid watching Ali. Watching my hero beat Wilder, knowing he understands mental illness and finally write a true comeback story by beating one of the most dangerous HW's in today's era at his own game brought tears to my eyes. Was screaming the entire fight. Was almost a month ago and it still feels like the other day to me.

I feel the same mate👍 exercising can definitely help, I started taking an hour walk around the park early every morning, and twice a week lift some weights, isnt a cure but definitely helps me, I still struggle a lot.
