The reason it's under that class is because many people frown upon it. Also, many people with "ricers" had underglow adding to the whole name

Static Works yeah bro i also agree on your explanation. I just cant still settle in as to why most people has like stereotyped it to that word. I havent even seen any legal races that has cars which has lights beneath them (except illegal races of course)

Unless someone is paying for your car note/parts they can stfu in my opinion. If it is NOT your car why the hell do you care? If it looks so bad then you should be glad you have one leg up on someone. Its just cars not a big dick contest.
