Coaches with hair can lead you to a cup once in a while but it's usually a 1 and done. Bald coaches lead dynasties.
One of the players needs to show this in the locker. It's all in the details like the Coach says in this video - put a little olive oil on top so it don't boil over. Everyone needs to buy-in.

Not to many players can be coaches , Rick is definitely one in a group of coaches and assistant coaches, who not only played the game , but has the gift of a effective communicator to players and is a straight shooter and when to Motivate his players when they are struggling and knows they will come around , screaming and yelling is not a good approach, each player knows what they half to do , we or most of here has played hockey good hockey at different levels, for me , my coaches were not a screamer , they were just loud lol and knew the right side to say to get going . Good Work Rick and the rest of the Assistant coaches behind the bench and upstairs. Let’s Gider Done tonight boys And head over to Dallas Go Vancouver Canucks , this is your game and Western Conference, into the next round.

Dan Riccio of Sportsnet 650 Radio absolutely ripped him saying that you should never ever break the pasta in half or add olive oil while cooking. He was actually mad. I'm like, who cares, whatever tastes good. If you really want to talk about authentic, don't ever eat sushi with avocado in it or add teriyaki sauce in any Asian stir fry.
@locutus112621 күн бұрын
It will start fights. I am Italian, I was with some friends and we were making a special sauce. I was making the pasta and they heard me crack it and they all started yelling at me. They were literally angry at me. My mom always broke it, so I learned from her. Tocchet's family are actually Paisano with my parents in Italy. Maybe it was a village thing with them.
