Not to many players can be coaches , Rick is definitely one in a group of coaches and assistant coaches, who not only played the game , but has the gift of a effective communicator to players and is a straight shooter and when to Motivate his players when they are struggling and knows they will come around , screaming and yelling is not a good approach, each player knows what they half to do , we or most of here has played hockey good hockey at different levels, for me , my coaches were not a screamer , they were just loud lol and knew the right side to say to get going . Good Work Rick and the rest of the Assistant coaches behind the bench and upstairs.
