They better not EVER change the name of Rickey Henderson Stadium in Oakland. Ever. Rickey is and always will be one of the best things to ever happen to baseball. Real Talk. Rickey is second favorite player to wear #24 behind Junior in Seattle. 🙏

I think it is because after each trade he was 24 his whole career except for the Red Sox and Mariners but i guess he wanted it to be 24. Like when the Mariners finally decide to retire Griffeys number it will be 24.
