Ricky is a legend. He is un-cancelable. It was the same with the Golden Globes. The more his jokes angered the Hollywood establishment, the bigger his ratings were, so they had to invite him again and again, and even though they really tried to substitute him for someone more "agreeable" for several years, they soon learned that nobody was watching the ceremony without Ricky, so they gave up. He gamed the system.

That's a factoid, ie something that's commonly held to be a fact but is in fact not. The toothbrush mustache goes way back into the 19th century before Chaplin was even born .

Hitler had a more regular, wider stache before ww1. Hitler served in the war in the German Army (in spite of being Austrian) on the western front, where poison gas was used on both sides. To protect the soldiers gas masks were used. Many soldiers shaved their beards and trimmed staches to ensure a tight-fitting seal of the mask on the skin. A wider stache could have compromised the seal. That's the other theory. But there are photos showing Hutler with a wider stache in 1914

Being fat is not always about eating too much, that's a myth. Mostly genetic, health conditions like under active thyroid, meds that put on weight,menopause and thus hormone for women. Eating too much only part of the story.

Funny, I think that by forcing people to be politically correct under the guise being polite is just a way to control speech. If you’re not using the “right” words they claim that you have bad manners. What it really is, is controlled speech, which is fascism. If you can’t say the words that “they” don’t want you to say without being punished, sounds like controlled speech to me. What’s controlled speech? Fascism
