Because of his 2023 Daytona 500 win. You’re eligible if you win a points race during the previous year and a half up to the all star race of the current year. So anyone that won last year and this year up until this point is eligible.

He won the daytona 500 in 2023 any races won in 23 or up to this point in 24 Is qualifies you for the Allstar race.. If ricky doesn't win this year again come next year he will have to race his way in or get the fan vote witch I'm pretty sure want happen either way only way I see him in next year Allstar is if he gets lucky and wins one of the Restrict plate races left on the Schedule witch is daytona,Talladega, Atlanta
