I like Rico, but he always disappoint me with his lack of level changes. He didn't throw any kicks only head-hunting pillow punches. Never utilized his left when Jamal does his usual turning his back to the opponent trying to cheat. I'm convinced that Rico would have KOd Jamal if he switched up his striking and went for smarter strikes when Jamal was stalling. It's like he doesn't even want to KO his opponents but just pillow point his way to decision.

what? did we watch the same fight? Refereeing was bad, Rico got couple of shots after the bell or break, just look at the last exchange were he hit him on the back of the head. Rico keeps going into clinch and holding his head and hitting him with knees, it's a bullshit Overeem used to do in K1 until they forbid that. This was a joke, whenever Rico was pushed to the corner the referee would stop it, but didn't do the same other way around..

@@jrstudio07 If you try to jump outside the ropes it is normal that you do'nt take punches in front of the face, Ben saddik tried to escape the building and then said he did not want to go any further, also you could see earlier that he was out, only his legs were still able to stand, his hands stayed down and his face was a gratuit pour mort

It's very obvious that Rico has a lot more stamina than Ben Saddik. Their body shapes already tell a lot. Nevertheless Ben Saddik can definitely punch hard, but he counts a lot on getting it done in 3 rounds, because after that fatigue is setting in. This is something that is not bothering Rico. That guy is a block of concrete, you can hit him so many times he won't stop. It's a pity that in the fight against Badr, that Badr got injured because actually in those first rounds Badr was in the lead. But, so was Ben Saddik. I always wondered if Badr did not sustain that injury if he could have finished Rico or Rico (as being a brick wall he is) would eventually had knocked down Badr. Nobody knows until those two guys meet again in the ring.
