Yes, the central part of town is very nicely kept. They just need to gradually expand the circle so it improves over time. After 5pm, all roads lead to beer!

After seeing endless backpacking influences (wanna-be) bagging out the scams and rubbish, your channel is a breath of fresh air. We will be visiting Cambodia in October, keen to get up-to-date on-the-ground intel, so will watch a few more of your videos. Looking to tap into the expat network too. It always looks cool along the river but I know it was still about 38 degrees when you were riding through! And thanks for the no left turn at old market info. I didn’t know! I wondered why the police were pulling so many over!

Any time! The no left turn is on the right side of the road so you are looking at the turn not the sign. It's a good little earner for sure 🤣

Wow Love This. I am newly retired to Siem Riep and wanted to share with friends what I might see from my Scooter heading downtown but unable to film and drive at the same time on my scooter I couldn't, but by Devine intervention you start the Ride 2mins from where I live at Hot Stone Restaurant (saw you guys dining there recently and would have said hello but wouldn't interrupt anyone enjoying their meal) anyway it goes past the ABA Bank where I opened my Bank Account and have to give a shout out to how professional and easy that was to do considering I had made no prior appointment and after 1 Hour I had a activated printed off Debit and Credit card, that kind of service unheard of in U.K. or Germany where I lived most of my life. That the ride ended up at La Riviera d' Angkor amazing being that is also a place I now know as a great place to cool down with a refreshing drink downstairs in reception area or on the Rooftop with nice view of the River. By the way one time when sitting there a very large Monkey came over and sat on my table for a minute or two before attending to other Monkey business. Love the channel and perhaps another more appropriate opportunity will arrive to introduce myself and say hello.

That's great! You should have said hello. 😁 We love the beef noodle soup they have for lunch now. We like La Riviere too, the location is great, but we have never had a monkey join us at the table! Yes, ABA is wonderful, better than any bank in Australia. Looking forward to meeting you one day!
