I'll show you one of my favorite circular pentatonic lick that provides you a highway to get you in and out of melodies between your chords. By becoming familiar with this pattern you'll begin to create melodies and runs that seamlessly glue your chords together. I would highly recommend adding this to your practice regimen and make an exercise out of it. You get a whole lot of mileage out of learning this one pattern.
