Interesting to see Wayfayers Bauble getting the cut. I know for a fact it's not needed in a deck with Green in the mana pool but I suppose it's fair if the deck doesn't require much ramp. Plus with it getting the cut, it can easily go into another budget deck or some other place where it could see more use.

I was going to add Odric, Master Tactician. Seems to fit perfect with Eowyn and her two hasty tokens.

Two inexpensive cards I would have considered are Devour Chaplain and Herald of Hoofbeats. The Devour will help you remove stubborn artifacts and enchantments. While technically Herald cares about Knights instead of humans she herself is a human and both your commander and the tokens your commander makes are knights so most games you should have a fair amount of knights on the board. Making all those knight tokens and your commander unlockable is just so strong.
