The ranger motor is essentially a focus RS engine. But it's even further beefed up. More block webbing . You can see pictures and read about it in the forums.

I am definitely trading in my Mustang EB, for a Ranger, however i hope Cobb adds it to their lineup. I also could really hear the fake engine sounds coming through the speakers on all of these vehicles lol

Best headlights for any new f150 are the Morimoto XB LED headlights. You should definitely get the Morimotos, they will be cheaper than buying new OEM LED headlights from a dealership and they look way better and are way brighter

hell no fords quality is ass compared to chevy, I rather pick the zr2 Colorado or Silverado over f150 or ranger. But Toyota Tacoma trd pro beats all of them.

Get a tune from either ford (if you want your warranty) or a tune from 5 star tuning (voids factory warranty). The one from 5 star gives you the most power

In case you still are having that problem look into a throttle Response Controller. Its plug and play, doesn't need a tune or mess with any warranties.
