As an Australian the biggest thing that sticks out to me is that nobody in America apparently walks anywhere. Literally very few people on the sidewalks despite houses and business everywhere But crazy traffic. Where are the humans? Lol

Our entire infrastructure and society is built around cars. Most people who work in cities live outside of them and commute a long distance each day. The sad reality is most places in America are even less pedestrian friendly than LA.

We have to travel larger distances. The average residential lot size in Australia is 480 square meters, in the US it's 760. People walking my neighborhood are mostly dog walkers, not commuters.

Don’t do chest and shoulders close to each other. Your shoulders get fatigued during a chest workout because they are a secondary muscle. Also, don’t do behind the head barbell presses because they are terrible for your rotator cuff. I used to be a trainer and seen plenty of people with bad backs and shoulders for not doing things properly or in the right order. Thanks for the video. 👍🏽
