What up John, I researched that property as a Realtor because i was curious lol. It is technically a part of the same property as the store in front of it, used as Residential and Commercial use. They probably just lease out the business portion of the property. Once the back house caught on fire, they probably said F* repairing it, or didn't have the money or time and squatters moved in.

Never a dull moment in LA. I went to LA from South Carolina in the early 90s and experienced a rave on a ranch in the desert and an earthquake after the rave got shut down. This was the first actual full day in LA. Raves were still so underground that we were unaware of what to expect. Didn't have them on the East Coast yet and definitely wasn't expecting to be in the biggest earthquake in 30 or 40 years. It was the one in Yuma or Yuka,Yuki Valley. I don't remember the name of the epicenter, but it was a doozy. Great video John!!

I grew up in those neighborhoods. Ive had pitbulls charge me on my bike quite a few times. I alway stopped got off the bike and charged ready to do battle. It shocked them and changed their mindset and each time they retreated......luckily.

Bro I'm 50 years old and a total car guy and a big time bicycle guy. I'm from Chicago but been living in rural Indiana for many year's. I always wanted to live in the west coast Cali especially! But I been wanting your videos and a few other KZfaq channels for the last couple years and now the political mess Cali is in I'm definitely NOT moving to Cali! Lol.
