It's quite good, I went for this build a week ago but in jungle and hydra, was quite good, but it felt more like a support so seeing him in support makes more sense

J4 is support in PC long time ago, the best thing he is more better support in WR is his Flag give his ally aery shield 2-3 time when it still remaining on the field Also he has slow, knock up, Amor reduction, damage reduction, shield, aura bonus attack speed and his Ultimate is perfect to catch immobile adc and great when roaming other lane We also have Camile, Gragas, Shen, Sett... also good as supporters
