Rusty's spare tire carrier is what's holding that 37" spare and the AAL rack on the silver JL. Love it!

Thanks for another cool video totally appreciate all the videos y'all do, love your light set up, but love your wife's light set up a little bit more the the way there positioned and the covers that match the color of her jeep, all this rigs were nice, and if anyone can answer a question does the Sun bother the gas tank on the back of his jeep, that's where I want to put mine I know it gets hot out in the summer on the road in the sun and cold in the winter, just wondering if there has ever been any problems with that set up, remember be safe and Overland safely!!!!!

HEy there. 2 questions I have: 1. Why does she has a roof rack if she s not caryng anything. 2. Why you have a rear delet bumper, but the exhaust is hanging down low?

1) she has an awning on it and sometimes carries an RTT. 2) cuz I haven’t relocated the muffler and probably won’t. It hasn’t been an issue.

Thanks for sharing. How sluggish are those campers? The more camping stuff I add to my ‘16 JKUR the slower it gets and the worse the handling, which was poor to begin with. It has a 3.6L, tires that measure right at 36” mounted and 4.88 gears. The camping gear is cool, but it comes at a price. Totally get the v8 swaps lol. I’m now looking to remove weight and camp as light as possible.

Mine is the heaviest wrangler in the group. I have 4.10 gears while the other guys all have upgraded gearing of some sort. While they do have a quicker take off speed than I do I can easily get to 80 or 90 mph on the interstate and still feel comfortable about it.

Impressive. I like to stay 75 and under in the Jeep. My JKUR is much nicer on the highway than my TJ. Wish I had the JL 8 speed

Can a van with some of that equipment handle those technical trails? I'm sure a hi top van wouldn't be advisable to do that because of the increased risk of tipping over. But, I'm talking about a normal size van..

I like the Maxxis Razrs. They perform really well in the rocks and mud. They Also did well in Moab. I like that they are wider than most 12.50 wide tires and have an good aggressive look.

Question? Do the side window racks that can hold all kinds of equipment (rotopax, shower systems etc.) have much wind drag and reduce mpg going down the highway?

@@davidk6668 you have a few options. Trailrax makes a pack rax for the JK and a few companies make spare tire racks like my friends have in the video.

There's a ton of bathroom options out now. We use the InstaPrivy and love it.
