I think many people believe that if it is sold in a grocery store that it must be acceptable food. The other issue is an inaccurate awareness of how much of these processed foods the average person consumes. Many people are feeding their taste buds instead of nourishing their bodies🙏

I pretty much never watch a video from start to finish. I did with this one. Joe and Calley create a conversation that is compelling, informative, and enlightening. There's a lot in here. I don't want to believe it all. But then, like finding out Columbus never came to North America, there's this dawning question of "what if what we've been taught is wrong?" What if the propaganda machine is so strong and started so early that we never thought to think beyond what we were told over and over again? Great interview - no ranting, just solid thought provoking conversation.

there are now millions more contaminants in our daily life than 100 years ago. In your own home there is way more stuff made with many new unnatural techniques and materials. Anything unnatural will eventually result in a problem if not done lightly over a long period, its the way our bodies been built to function - the gradual change of adaptation in evolution if too fast results in problems even unseen ones like health improving in one area but getting worse in another can look as if life expectancy didn't change
