Rigging a Tank Turret in Houdini Promo

In this tutorial, I will show you how to rig a tank turret in Houdini. No coding, artist-friendly. Quick and easy. Notice the gun has an angle limit and it works at every rotation. This is my custom solution that I was not able to find anywhere else so far. You can watch the full tutorial and get finished files on my Patreon page.

Hi, thank you! I definitely want to make tank tracks rig in the future. It is something I have been thinking about a lot in the past. But it make take a while. It probably will pop out in the future. Unless there is a strong push from the audience and patreons to do it sooner :) Rigging is quite the focus these days. If you would like to see something specific let me know. I can think about it and incorporate it in future tutorials.

@@calebbrown5149 Thanks, happy you like the content. Yes, this is for patreons only. I try to keep most stuff free but creating tutorials takes a lot of work and time and some resources. And patreons help me keep going on. So they deserve extra special content every time I get the chance.
