Full support for Erik! Young players need time to adjust and they have got Mainoo, Garnacho and Hojlund in the team. I personally think they will step up in next season and Erik will add more talent and youth in the team in the coming season. Only tbh it is really painful to watch the team play! Fatigue exists with those players not injured or those who were, are rushed back. ETH needs to try and rotate… yet with nobody to rotate. He knows he needs the players fit for the FA cup final. Player error again today and let’s be honest, De Gea had issues in his first season. Fans need to support the team. Having a go is only going to wear them all down further.

I have no doubts about his expertise as a team manager or coach, as you say. But he is here to win games. Ultimately that is all that matters and he is responsible for that! Maybe he wasn't able to explain the game plan to all the players? Or the players don't understand it. I do not know what it is! I would also like to say that the referee denied Man Utd 2 penalties. But that should never be a reason to say that's why we lost a match. (sorry it was a draw but it feels like losing).

I assumed this was fairly obvious and did not require explanation to someone of reasonable understanding. By your logic, Arteta would be considered a superior manager to Pep and Klopp, while Moyes considered to better than De Zerbi and Poch. However, a manager's ranking should be based on factors such as tactics, style of play, philosophy, in-game management e.t.c as these elements contribute to consistent, convincing and sustainable success. This manager he has been outplayed by nearly every team we have faced this season, including those from lower divisions. Most of our few victories can be attributed to pure luck and individual brilliance. There is a clear absence of a distinct style of play, the team lacks organization, positional awareness, cohesion and combinations. Players appear lost without clear patterns of play. It's worth noting that this manager has only secured one win in the last eight games within regulation time. Let that sink in. It's crazy.
