its not because he doesnt want to but because he has acrophobia (fear of heights) thats why he was so scared and didnt want to go maybe thats why i.m chose shonwu to begin with :)

This is before they had the episode where Wonho conquered his acrophobia (fear of heights) and Changkyun wasn't going to put him through that unless he wanted to. (like in that episode where he chooses to bungee jump) Wonho has it so bad that he had to take anti anxiety or anti nausea medicine before they filmed the video for Hero on the rooftop, even though they danced in tbe middle and not the edge. Then in the bungee jump episode, he was pumped, then started having regrets as they went up. He sat in the corner of the elevator as they went up and Hyungwon and Minhyuk? held his hands as he started to have a panic attack. He couldn't walk right when he got geared up. He was extremely weak in the knees. And he was simply asked to put his feet up on the footrest and he burst into tears. Long story short, Changkyun didn't choose him because of the Ferris Wheel, but he would've gone with him.

they are both still awkward with each other from what I have noticed and observed. watch their vlive video "monsta x-file season 3 ep 2 the x clan's room" you will know what i mean

I've watched it and I still don't think they look awkward at all haha, they weren't sitted together but they still had interactions as usual. When someone is awkward with someone, they don't tend to tease or make jokes about each other because they are afraid of inevitably hurting one's feelings (and also in korean society seniority is a huge matter and Wonho is a few years older than IM so the more unlikely for IM to be teasing a hyung who he is awkward with) but IM is constantly always teasing Wonho and looking out for Wonho, and vice versa. Not to mention Wonho was one of the first to integrate IM into the team (No Mercy times). Also, when they were doing IM's rolling paper, and when hyungwon read all the good comments, Wonho kept going yeah yeah that's so true and he wanted to compliment IM but he stopped haha. Idk it just seems apparent to me that Wonho adores IM a lot and IM is comfortable with Wonho, but that's just me haha.

I mean the only person i.m uses an honorific with is wonho. i.m isnt a formal person he is chill he drops the honorific when talking to monsta x members except for wonho. even he uses banmal when he talks to shownu but formal with wonho and to think both shownu & wonho have the same age is lil bit weird dont u think so?. you can clearly see wonho's expression during i.m's roling paper when hyungwon said "I dont come up with your flaws just talk to me in casual way" wonho nodded awkwardly and then looked down. and when wonho's rolling paper turn theres someone wrote his words too fomally for him even kihyun was shocked when he read it and after that wonho took a quick glance at i.m because he knew i.m wrote that for him and i think both their eyes met but wonho quickly looked away I'm sorry my english isnt good I hope you understand T___T

Do you have any idea if there's anywhere else that indicates that IM uses honorifics with Wonho? Cos the other members and even IM say that IM doesn't use honorifics with anyone in MonX. And all the stuff I've watched so far, IM doesn't seem to use honorifics with Wonho. And also in that vid Wonho nods at like everything haha. Plus there was another one that says honorifics or normal speech, please choose one side, for IM's flaw. So i'm assuming IM just uses both whenever he wants to, since afterall he is the youngest so he is probably careful about it sometimes. As for the Wonho 'flaw' thing that Kihyun read,where Kihyun said it was written too formally, it wasn't honorifics, what Kihyun meant was the comment was written like how someone makes a notice, ie written speech, vlive translations are a little off and they skip out on a lot of details too. And most of the rolling paper stuff were written formally, to hide their identity lol. But yeah if IM really does use honorifics only to Wonho then that's definitely hint that they are a bit awkward. @@sheanquitoles2068 i recommend you to watch the show 'no mercy' but long story short changkyun wasn't in the official line up of the show, they added him later. the thing is they eliminated other participants before adding changkyun and so the rest of the boys thought that was unfair and gave him a cold shoulder. some people believe that the way they treated him was staged to give more tension to the programme but nobody is sure. hope this helped !
