Whereas I have already applied under RTI ACT 2005 and all the SPIO authorities directed to a certain Government officer, but still the sought for informations not provided by the concern officer to me till today. Then should I do in this stage, please inform me shall be obliged.

आरटीआई कानून में यह बात तो कही लिखी नही है की पब्लिक डाक्यूमेंट का तात्पर्य वही है जैसे की एविडेंस एक्ट की धारा 74 में है। इसीलिए अगर आप इसे और अच्छे से एक्सप्लेन kr देते तो और अच्छा रहता।

महोदय, हमारे गांव में सिर्फ लेखपाल कि आख्या रिपोर्ट कि गांव का एक आदमी बंजर भूमि पर 17 साल से अवैध्य कब्जा किए हुए हैं और उसका कोई दूसरा रहने के लिए मकान नहीं है,और न उसके पास मकान बनाने के लिए कोई दूसरी भूमि है और कब्जेदारी ब्यक्ति विकलांग है यानि विना किसी साक्ष्य के सिर्फ लेखपाल के भ्रष्टाचार के कारण तहसीलदार न्यायालय ने कब्जेदारी के पक्ष में फैसला दिया है ।हम क्या उस फैसले देने का साक्ष्य तहसील के वाद न्यायालय से आर टी आई एक्ट के तहत मांग सकते हैं या नहीं।

रिलेट ठीक से नहीं किया ! बेहद बड़ा फ़र्क़ है दोनो act में ! फ़ॉर्म 18 के माध्यम से भी डॉक्युमेंट ले सकते है ! लेकिन RTI का दायरा बेहद बड़ा है !

You are talking about a court, an ideal court. That can be found only in dreams. You are saying justice has a black strip of cloth over it's eyes. That pati is no where to be seen in Indian court.

If we go for certified copy, fees we spend is more than one prescribed under RTI Act. Where information is available applying certified copy,can one get it paying Rs 2/- per page under RTI Act.
