as our followers would know over the pSt few months we have tested various different dpf cleaning products to find the best results. this video concludes our tests to confirm Launch UK DPF Cleaning fluid to be our winner.

Great job , Great video , I need to clean the DPF on my 2103 Transit , could i use an electronic paint sprayer or hand pump garden sprayer in place of the Launch GUN cheers

Ohh, didn't realize that mb was a multiple of 10 in Kps, thought my DPF pressure was too low and maybe cracked or something!

I put 800ml of the JLM cleaner in mine and the pressure differential increased from. 38 at idle to 1.96. Wish i hadn't bothered now.

I've had a couple of these transits now fail me and it is exciting finding something to overcome this Ford Transit / Peugeot Boxer issue and actually getting good results from my research

that was a belta watch that lad part 1 & this part 2. the start ov the launch dpf fluid ay lad. quick question jimmy please - how successfull was the wynss fluid with all other dps you done with the gun?

It was kinda successful but getting the gun and compressor made life so much easier with results far better and works almost every time

Hi Jimmy my dpf has oil mass ash 45g and the limit is 70g can that be cleand with dpf on the car or the car has to be removed.

It can be cleaned but you need diagnostic scan tool to reset dpf

I know you don't but you can removed the dpf and use an acid based tfr (traffic film remover) to clean the dpf, works very well from what I have seen, and cheap too.

The fluid is under £25 delivered and you can get two cleans from it if not too blocked

Perfect job. Please can you tell me which is the fuse for diesel particulate filter vaporizer? I know it is 20a but where is located- is the tiny one or is that thick 🤔? Please can you answer 🙏 Thanks

I've never had to change the fuse on a transit custom.

I tried regeneration on my ford transit custom two times, but unfortunately failed. I used dpf 100 normfest, two times the van seems to be okay but it is in limp mode and I don't know how to reset it. Where are you located. Thanks

Hi I have a 2013. Custom 2.2, had from new but not sure if my one has this filter, if it does would cause a lumpy tick over, 87,000 miles

EGR or needing software update can cause lumpy idle on these. Also injectors

Ho Jimmy, i have seen your few videos where you reset the Ash level by replacing dpf settings, is that Ash level is just a modelled number and not actual. My 320d regens fine, soot level always low but getting fault code for Ash.

Ash is basically a calculation of time elapsed and how many times its done self regeneration to guess the Ash load

@@ORileysAutos thanks Jimmy, I have reset the dpf using ISTA, Ash level now reduced to zero. Back pressure is 0 mb at Idle and 8mb at 2000, is that ln the limits? Thanks for your help. I am not far from you and may book a clean if required. Thanks
