My Ring Pro Base Station went offline today after installing a Pro flood light camera and a battery operated stick-up camera 📷. So I just pressed that little button on the back for about 5 or ten seconds, closed my app. and after reopening it, it was back online. I'd considered it a reset button but didn't really look, I believe what you did would be similar to a what hard reset would be on a computer. Great job.

Thank you! just removing and putting the battery back solved the issue (Failed to find the base station). Jeez! this shit is brand new. Didn't expect this from Ring.

Mine isn't connecting to my wifi even when it's in the room with the router or connected with an ethernet cord. It's so frustrating...I'm going to try this
