I am a jiu jitsu guy who only trains twice a week, so my wrestling knowledge is quite limited. I know how to do some wrestling stuff but not as good as a wrestler of course. How can i become a good wrestler if there no wrestling gym in my city?

All you need is mat or some cushion-like surface to train. Get a partner or a friend and just start with the basics. If you want to wrestle your gonna need someone good to wrestle with. Have your friend or partner either know more or learn with you. There are TONS of videos online all showing the basic principals of wrestling, although at different levels and slightly different. Find that one that best suits you and your partner and get to work. I do ~2 hours everyday monday-friday, conditioning is a big thing. You don't NEED the wrestling gym, you need what is has. If you want to build muscle weights will help you, work on cardio and legs; it will help you with shots. You need to be dedicated to become a good wrestler. Meaning if you only train twice a week you'll be training for years.

Depends on which skin disease but generally no. They most if the time are just very itchy and contagious

Why is ringworm such a thing in your sport , is it the mats being dirty or the wrestlers ?

Both it comes from dirty wrestlers and it also comes from all the sweat absorbed in the mats if they arent consistently cleaned

@@pierre2frostyy where I train, our place is way to small and really crowded which only adds to these hygiene issues, but luckily the gym moves this month to a huge building
