You're in luck. It just dropped today. I prefer this version because the drums are way too loud in the new version, but it sounds pretty cool nonetheless. Sounds like the evil resurrected version of Dingir that has come back to wreak vengeance on the present

This is the first time I've really listened to Rings of Saturn. Even if it's not completely my cup of tea, I have nothing but respect for this. This is a product of very talented people coming together to create something they're passionate about. In an industry full of cynical corporate trash, I always respect the people who utterly reject the norm and do their own thing like this. The cosmic horror element is very well done, the way they write their songs is very alien and seemingly inhuman. This wouldn't work if they didn't completely commit to the aesthetic, but that's not really a problem with them lmfao. Good stuff!

This album probably doesn't need a remaster as it's sound is much more stylised in it's mix than embryonic which just sounds like it's 10 years old in its mix/tones - not to say it doesn't hit though - a remake would be cool if your keen but I'd rather time be spent on producing newer sounds/songs than a remake

The performances are so excellent but the mastering is so off-putting to me... Is there anyone who can tone down some of the abrasiveness of the drums in particular? I want to hear the awesome guitars but my ears are being pounded so hard that I can't focus on the awesome technical stuff. The title track in particular is AWESOME, and I want to enjoy this album, but I can't. Can anybody who knows mixing and mastering help?
