HP stacking is pretty bad. Yes it gives more healing, but without damage to heal off of, it's worthless

I think this could be improved. Ingenious hunter will reduce the cd of things and I wonder if it would allow more heartsteel procs. At the very least I as a lillia main know that it works on undending despair.
