Every morning at the Bombay Stock Exchange brokers come and pray before this idol of Lord Ganesh before they start trading on the floor. The prayers may be chanted in different languages but all of them carry the same message a plea for unbounded profits. For the past one week the prayers of the brokers seem to have been answered never before in the 150 year of history the Bombay Stock Exchange as the market witnessed trading as hectic as today never before had the bulls charge so ferociously and never before has the BSE sensitive index reflected a truer picture of India's economy. the current boom in the stock market with the sensex continuing to maintain it's position over the 4600 mark is in stark contrast to the scam tainted boom of 1992-93. The earlier boom was whimsical and not based on strong fundamentals.

@@ccreativghost8148 hi, I assume you are new to this. A 'share' a right in the ownership of a company. Share/ stock market is a place where primarily shares are traded. Say if a person buys 10 shares of Tata motors ltd. It means he has the ownership rights upto 10 share. You make profit by buying a share at a certain price and selling it in the future at a higher price. A price of the share is determined by the demand and supply for that particular share. You can invest in shares by opening a demat account through brokerage firms such as zerodha, 5paisa, grow, icici securities etc. Shares are now dematerialised and are traded online. I'm a CA student so I had the basic knowledge pretty early in my life. I suggest you learn the basics first before getting into securities market. What I mentioned is not even the tip of the iceberg. Take your time and do watch CNBC tv18 it helps to get an idea. Thank you.

As man of 30 age I can give you a little and but very important advice that it all about patience and mindset. If you have a long term investment goal you can become successful in very young age you will never have to work. Based on my experience I realised that it's very hard to work and earn living for the family. I have been working continuously since last five years but still not able to get financially successful but then in this covid situation I started investing and I realised that If I had invested just one lakh 1 year before in particular company it would be 7 to 8 lakhs by now. Really there is power in choosing the right stock. This is based on my technical analysis and chart examination. I'm not forcing you to invest in any company and I'm not a agent. But just giving advice to study chart of shares and figure out for yourself how you can become great investor. Good that you chose to atleast learn this topic at very young age but I never took interest in getting such financial education and I had to regret in Life but atleast now few months ago I started. All the best to you.
