I can't help but find it ironic that one of the key areas that Germany was stalemated at was in Vietnam. In that regard I think China and obviously the United States of America could understand the issues that Germany went through in this time lapse video and scenario.

AI is hardcoded to create the eastern RK's after the Soviets fall and the western ones after the UK falls. UK never fell.

I highly doubt Germany getting 1946 tech in 1937 would let it conquer everything. Its more about the recources than technoligies.

Research all gives all industry tech and both concentrated and dispersed, multiplying base industry output by about 6. There's also a lot of flat modifiers to division stats in the tech tree. 1942 infantry equipment has 4x the soft attack, and the AI loves to spam infantry.

Germany was racing against the time before the allies develop their own tech, 1946 is pretty late in the game and a lot could have been developed

I used a mod called “Ragnarok 1917” on the steam workshop, but you could also try to use the allowdiplo console command and manually do it

Italy did not betray the axis, it went into a civil war won by the republicans, also sorry to ruin your dream but germany cant withstand the power of britain, the usa and the ussr, at most it could have stalemated them enough so that the americans nuked berlin
