Hamna you're taking such great step by inviting the people who aren't mainstream. probably everybody knows the stories of mainstream women. Every woman has a story and it should be told. I know you can't invite every woman on earth but still you're playing part.

This video has my heart. I could honestly just watch it over and over again. For a hundred reasons. For the beautiful conversation that was happening, for the amazing messages that were delivered, for the genuine sharing of life events, for the smooth way all questions flowed so it literally seems like I am eavesdropping on a chat between two emotionally intelligent and self-aware friends... Lots of love and prayers for both of you

Exactly what a podcast should be like - inspiring and candid. It's so refreshing to see our young, real life, regular Pakistani women have deep coversations about important issues like choosing career paths and making important life decisions; coping with family pressures, the internal battles. prioritizing mental health and discovering oneself. Hamna you're doing a greattt job and you're probably the only Pakistani influencer who is creating such powerful women centric content. Thank you for taking this initiative, for enlightening and empowering us. Wishing you immense success, peace and good health!

Girls never withhold your lives for Shaadi, go follow your aspirations, life partner will happen on the way,and that's the most natural way it should happen I believe, rather than withholding your life for a Shaadi and guy you don't even know at this point in time of your life. And either way I think no girl should get married before she is 30 that's just me.

I am an MBBS DOCTOR, registered GMC. I am married with a 5 y/0. I can relate to the uncertainty you mentioned 34:46. I suggest choose your path according to your aspirations and eventually you will end up finding your life partner on that very path InshaAllah. I know female doctors in the UK who are IMGs from Pakistan, they stated their career in the U. K or U. S and eventually got married to guys settled in the respective countries.

While I've lived abroad(Saudi Arabia and Canada) most of my life with a confused self identity; watching Pakistani podcast help me get to learn how people live and think in Pakistan. Your podcast show how educated, thoughtful and intellectual Pakistani women. Arham seems to be a courteous and friendly person and you both deserve the best in life.

Loved this! I am so happy to have found your channel and proud of the content you're putting out there. I hope you do an episode on the idea of self-love. Living on my own really did push me into thinking about myself, my actions, and my reasons behind them. And my biggest achievement to date is finding out that the root cause of most of my problems is the lack of love I have for myself. However, my journey has kind of stopped there. I know I don't love myself but I don't know how to love myself, it's as if I know the concept but don't REALLY know what it means. I am JUST there, but not quiet. I would love it if you could do an episode on self-worth what it means and practical ways in which I can increase my self-love.

So another aspect is when both parents are working and moms are career women.. we normally think that kids need moms especially in early years but not so once they are big but actually they need us more then and that too on a different level .. and slowly we become so distant that neither side is able to understand the others situation and issues that much ...not saying its good or bad or judging in anyway but thus is one aspect of the life we all are living these days
