Some days I don’t feel like myself I feel numb in the head and like a sponge I feel like I’m so far away and sometimes I can’t breathe the world is closing in on me

@@brittanymcgowan846 thank you for sharing. 🙏🏻❤️ I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for over a decade. I lost my older brother to suicide in 2015, he was 28. It’s been a real struggle many times. God bless you for advocating. I struggle with my inner monologue being VERY negative and harsh.
