I like your approach to get everyone thinking on the same page. Keep it simple and in a format that everyone, can use and support each other on. As an organization, getting Management to see the benefits of using this and then letting them know that they are meeting requirements, is a win-win. Keep up the good work. Hi Sir, I have a confusion with PFMEA and Risk assessment. PFMEA is the basic process & being followed in all the industries. Now the new version of ISO 9001:2015 talking about Risk assessment. What is it exactly about? Apart from manufacturing process, where else the risks & opportunities to be captured? I am looking for the answer everywhere. I hope u can clarify me. Thanks

Wouldn't the FMEA, if done in detail, work as well as this Risk based thinking? Or would it be better to develop a Risk Register as an upfront administrative exersize?

Kelly Cejmer don’t get too caught up in what tool you use. Focus on what’s important from your customers perspective and what would make your Brand stand out in the market. As for tools we recommend a SWOT analysis as more people across your business will understand what’s involved and be happier to participate more often! Keep it simple!
