A good idea is to go into your settings under controls -> accessibility options and turn on rapid jumping (I also like the hp bar and HUD and rapid fire options) as it will help a lot with this trial to just hold down your jump button. There are also the little money chests that contain heals, but I don't think you need to bother with those using my strategy, although you do see me grab one in the second example (might have been an accident though lol).
