आज मैं आपके लिए सूरत का प्रसिद्ध राजा रानी पराँठा की रेसिपी लेकर आयी हूँ ये सूरत में ढाई सौ रुपये का एक पराँठा मिलता है लेकिन यही पराँठा आप घर पर बोहोत ही सस्ते में आसानी से और हाइजीनिक तरीक़े से बना सकते हैं इसका taste बहुत ज़्यादा शानदार है |
Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup refined flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp clarified butter
For stuffing -
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup tomato
2 green chilli
1 tbsp ginger
2 medium sized potato (boiled and mashed)
1/2 cup paneer
1/2 cup cheese
Salt to taste
1.5 tsp deggi mirch
1 tsp dried mango powder
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp butter
Grated Paneer
Grated Cheese
