The Rival 4x4 Aluminum Front Winch Bumper is a strong and lightweight bumper available for the 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK, and the 18+ Jeep Wrangler JL & 20+ Jeep Gladiator JT. The bumper is available in a stubby and a full width version and uses a strong inner steel mounting structure that also functions as an integrated winch mounting plate and a lightweight outer aluminum skin. The full width bumper also included provisions for 3" cube lights. The included grille guard and light hoop offers multiple light mounting configurations on both the top and bottom of the hoop, and the lower skid plates offers additional front end protection. There are 2 dual function recovery points that allow quick attachment of a tow strap or a 3/4" d-ring shackle.

They must’ve done a redesign, because my recovery hooks are not mounted by four screws to the bumper. Instead, they’re mounted to the brackets that attach to the frame and the bumper slides on over them. Interesting.

Good video, Just an FYI - for the Gladiator JT (specifically Mohave) the shorty bumper version skid plat MUST BE MODIFIED to for the Mohave.....guess how I know.

Dude that's is actually good pricing compared for the quality of aluminum and steel at that price range. If you look at all other brands of bumpers your spending close to 1500 or 2000 so actually not bad at all

That's not bad actually, especially considering JCR charges between 700 to 1200 for their bumpers which are all steel and you usually have to wait a month or two due to them physically making the bumper upon order

I'm not sure the reason for aluminum here. Most steel ones weigh the same. Other than rust proof, it doesn't seem to have a selling point.

If it ever went on sale I might consider it but $1000 is alot! On the other hand buying a $400 steel bumper and having rust spots in a year is also very frustrating...

This is made in Russia, so depends on your stance on certain issues, you may like or against it.

3.5 tons is 7,000 pounds. Weight of a fully modded jeep plus being stuck get over that?

Yeah no over $919 plus tax and possibly shipping yeah I don’t think so. I can go and get like an Evo or Poison Spyder bumper for less. Hell the Warn winch is more or around that price. Well you guys can use that Covid stimulus check you can use that on it or you can buy food your choice but come on quadratec.

@@Quadratec You guys do have a great selection but are almost always a good deal more expensive then pretty much anyone else. Use the quadratec catalog to find what you want then buy it at morris or some place else because it will be a good deal cheaper and why have to deal with price matching when you can just go to their site and click buy and be done with it. IMO you all should try a bit harder to adjust your own prices to keep pace with your competition without relying on us to do the leg work for ya : )

@@ShabbernigdoXingjian Exactly, Quadratec needs to be competitive from the get go. It pays to shop around. I think Quadratec stills thinks they are the only company selling 4wd Jeep parts by mail order and printed catalog. That model has changed.
