Kettlebell or dumbell. They both worked the same way in isolation exercises. Hope no one got the idea of “shocking the muscle” by switching equipment in such manner. You can even shrug using your sister as weights. Still works the same

he literally says in the video 7 exercises, 10 reps a piece, 2-3 sets. hitting shoulders before the weekend, i believe would give ur body a nice full looking effect. these particular exercises give a great pump which is what is intended and hits the family of delts, def not as much for the rear delt sadly.

I guess a little to much pushing exercises, and to less pulling exercises. Why no rear delt isolation and only pull ups as the only main pulling excercise ?

@Ahmed7373kd pull ups are body weight. Do if you're a power lifter with a little more fat then of course you will only be able to do a limited amount of pull ups. But workouts like deadlifts and barbell rows work more muscles than a pull up.

Seriously, if you want to actually get in good shape, go learn from athleanx or Jeff Nipard. They actually have muscles and provide evidence and reasons for doing certain exercises. That’s not a knock against the people in this video, but the guys in that Riverwood show are scrawny and not healthily proportioned. They’d probably tear a muscle if they tried lifting something over 200 lbs. And the trainer does nothing to explain why he chose these exercises. Don’t just throw in a bunch of exercises just because they’re “athletic” or good in their own right. You need to know your goals when selecting exercises. Muscle growth? Power? Strength? Fat loss? Each need different methods/strategies in selecting workouts

Treska CM starving people are also “ripped”. Having abs doesn’t equate to being fit. And saying someone can’t be cut, natural, and big all at once is bullshit. I know plenty of people who are. People who say otherwise are jealous, lazy, or dumb as shit who can’t even read a simple scientific study. It’s something many skinny people say because they either are too lazy to workout or listen to trainers like this who don’t know what they’re doing.

ups l there are plenty of natural body builders that are big and shredded within reason. Jeff Nippard is a good example. My point is this is just exercising. It’s a series of exercises mashed together without any real goal in mind. It’s not great for fat loss or muscle mass or strength. It certainly won’t get you “swole” as they keep saying. There are a couple of good exercises in this, but they aren’t programmed well.
