This song’s theme is about Creation, Destruction, and Competition in a metaphorical way using Cooking themes. Creation can be seen with them creating or cooking Tracks in the kitchen hence the chef outfits. Destruction can be seen with them dancing in the construction site meaning they can be versatile and destroy societies perception on them and what they can do. Competition can be seen in the Race Track part where they said in their lyrics that “they’re one of a kind” meaning their only competition is themselves and that they strive to be better. This is such a great song and their whole album is just ‘chefs kiss’ plus the fact that they compose, produce, and wrote this song and all the songs in the whole full album Themselves means so much about their artistry and how much they love what they’re doing. Stray kids have another song that just came out called “Easy”

I am so so happy you guys reacted to this! StrayKids have grown so much since the videos you have seen of them. Both musically and as a group. Now that Woojin isn’t in the group (and I miss him like crazy) other members have more opportunities to showcase their voices as well. StrayKids are very unique in that the leader, BangChan (did the first prechorus) put together the group, the company didn’t. First he put 3RACHA together, which is the main rap line with himself, Changbin (started the song) and Han (right after Changbin). Then they filled out the group with others who can sing, rap, and dance. All members are at least good at all three. Most of them are really good at all 3. Chan dedicates so much to his group...he started training at 12 when he went to South Korea from his home in Australia. He saw many of his friends (including Bambam and Yugyeom from GOT7) debut, but the company never let him. He trained for 8 years, had 8 showcases to possibly debut. He put 3RACHA and StrayKids together and after competing against a girl group, they were told they could debut. Grr that you guys watched was pre-debut. District 9 was their debut song. Even after success, Chan works for hours and hours for the group, aside from just keeping the harmony and leading. He also writes and composes the majority of the songs, along with 3RACHA. They are the production line. He sleeps about 4 hours a night before he is up again trying to write or promote. JYPE isn’t the best company when it comes to supporting their artists (which you’d notice if you see twitter blowing up atm, as fans want JYPE to manage GOT7 better, as the get no promotions, stadium tours, or support. Neither really does StrayKids, the groups have to do things themselves, or the fans do it.). This past couple months StrayKids have put out so many new videos/songs. You should definitely check out some of their dance videos like the special performance videos for Boxer and Voices, as well as videos for Double Knot, Levanter, and since Zak is wanting softer and melodic, check out the solo song that Chan posted last month, as well as Voices, Levanter (both versions are great but the English is amazing), and Slump. Also they just released a video for Easy which is very rap/trap and Blueprint which has an easier chorus. And don’t worry Monroe, Felix is almost 20.
