In today's video, I'm sharing how I make riz gras with meat (cow meat to be precise). This is also called riz gras blanc (which simply means that we don't use tomato paste).

Bonjour , Quelle quantité d’eau pour quelle quantité de riz svp ? Merci pour cette recette formidable comme dab 😍

Pour 1 kg de riz, j’utilise 2 litres d’eau lorsque le riz est bien précuit. L’eau doit être assez pour cuire la viande et les légumes; mais aussi cuire le riz. L’astuce que je conseille, c’est d’ajouter le riz précuit graduellement et mélanger. Après avoir mélangé, la quantité d’eau doit être légèrement au dessus du riz. Après cuire à feu doux. J’espère que ça va t’aider 😊

Does it work with basmati rice?

Yes you can use Basmati rice. But I prefer broken rice or Jasmine rice for this recipe 😊
