The Hiboy S2 pro is still, superior. For anyone wanting to get into scoots I’ve been riding everyday for years and your best entry would be that scoot. I’ve ridden many kinds of scoot current this year been riding the s2 for 12 months, great build quality, comes with electronics breaks, cruise control that you CAN turn off in app.

No issues with my 8 inch solid version or the new 9 inch version. I use them both for getting around town quite often

Mine broke down in the first year from everyday use, controller busted and battery fried, stay away. Mitchel doesn’t ride his scoots everyday (as he has a car and swaps scooters) he collects, I ride what I buy for a year solid or more.

@@rietzhudid you reach out to Varla or was it out of warranty? Is there something that’s faster that you really recommend? I have the Hiboy s2 and it is a great little scooter. Had some issues they sent new parts out free and it’s back to running great! I need about 30-35 mph though to really get around.

Lol. I have had my varla Pegasus for 2 years and only had to change my tires. Miles on it 4,885

@@Fishfood007It was out of warranty, rode it everywhere to work, home just cruising around. 1 day it just stopped working. I had the 8 inch solid version. Also the tires seem to wear quickly, like the smart troll said who “lol’ed” you’ll be changing tires frequently. If you want a good scoot get the phantom ;) it’s fun! And they outsource better parts, better battery, it’s a solid, cool looking scoot. Yes, Hiboy is a good brand for what they offer! I have several scoots, my Hiboy is my main commuter it’s a decent speed, I have the s2 pro.

this is just electronic waste. for $4-500 you can get something decent like the IENYRID M4 Pro S+ (maybe MAX) when it"s on discount which it often is. it has 10" tires, some suspension, 25 mph top speed and a 20Ah battery. and for just a bit more you can get the KuKirin G2 Max which is almost the same but better quality and also higher top speed and better suspension. these small scooters are super dangerous. the handle bar is too narrow the wheels are too small. if you opt for the solid tires then you have no grip. and the top speed is not enough to react to traffic situations. i have an M365 and a Halo Knight T108. i only use the M365 if i need to go super short distances or i have to put it in a car.
