Comparing a group of teenage girls to a mature male performer in his 30s is silly. Obviously, the audience is different. There is no need to compare the individual activities of BTS members either. Each of them goes their own way, which is not even similar to BTS's music. Each one is an excellent musician and performer.

Namjun and Tae are in 2 different genres. Tae is more into the RnB and aesthetic lo-fi and it's about love and friendship. Namjoon's been in all different genres, (i.e just look at Smoke Sprite to DESLM), but he even said himself that's distanced himself from rap and rnb, and is focusing more on untouched genres that resonate with him. Namjoon's music is also reflected on love, soul-searching, and being yourself in a society that is governed with laws, ethics and morals, breaking out of cultural/societal norms.. RM and Tae's messages are very different. I think it's cute that the RM, who's known for rapping, has distanced himself from the whole rap, rnb, hip-hop genre and is dabbling into indie/rock/soft music, and then there's V known for his vocals, going into the rap, rnb, hip-hop genre! Also congratulations on Namjoon for breaking so many records with CBTM, I am so excited for the full album!

I will never understand WHY everyone places such a hign importance on these charts and streamimg rankings. It has become such detourance from the actual product which is the SONG itself. People are more concered about where a song " places" or how many streams it gets instead of caring about the music itself. There are so so many cases in the world with injustice, violence and cruelty. In Gaza in Congo in Ukraine and so many many other places ... I unterstand why people started to block people. But even if BTS didn't speak up openly they showed support in the past by showing art by banksy, the donated a lot and start campaigns regularly like the ongoing campaign by UNICEF Love yourself- on my mind this year. And yeah they live is different. I think that doesn't mean that they aren't people who try to do something good or care about the world and just love their money. I think they chose a form of activism that includes everybody no matter where someone is from or in what condition they have to live. Music is for everyone. And also it seems people tend to forget that they're serving right now so they can't speak up even if they wanted to.

Omg this trend of unfollowing celebs is just weird to me. I have a reactor I watch that just started this. This no longer reacting to a lot of groups from different companies because I'm not sure really. He thinks they support things, but they don't and it seems to be more that Stray Kids isn't speaking up and siding with him on what he believes. Many people get caught up in these one sided relationships and forget that their favorite idol has no clue who they are. This young man used to be so rational. But somehow he got caught up in this. Guess he had a lot of anger or hurt in life he hadn't dealt with and this has become his outlet. When you are young you think things like this can change things, it seems like it makes sense. But when you get older you have seen it be ineffective and you start to understand why it doesn't work. But you will never be able to tell the younger generation that. It seems to be something most people have to experience to understand. I probably won't be watching him much anymore but mine won't be a "political statement " mine will just be because he isn't reacting to the groups I want to see anymore. I think that everywhere has there problems. The saying charity begins at home is so real. There are people less fortunate in BTS own country so of course country men first. If not they helping their fellow men then who? Anything can happen after. There are lots of celebrities not doing anything in their own country for their own . So i think people should question their own country celebrities.

Many wealthy people and/or celebrities donate tremendous amounts of money to causes anonymously because they want to do something positive but don't want backlash for "trying to make themselves look good". Darned if you do, darned if you don't. Also, the guys have made it clear they respect all people, regardless of religion, orientation, ethnicity, etc. and actually seem to truly live what they say. Perhaps instead of criticizing them, we should be emulating them.

I think I have mentioned several times TaeJoon bring the same feelings or emotions when listening to their musical styling, BUT that is not a bad thing. I love all the solo projects for different reasons because they evoke different feelings when you hear them. I find it really interesting that Tae and Joon-ah have similar concepts and MV feels because they deal with deeper, darker themes and lyrics based on insecurities (Yoongi as well). The three of them used twins in their concepts because it shows reflection and introspection of themselves or their characters. Together the members are BTS, but their solos have proven to be a beautiful garden with many beautiful flowers. ❤

I agree. BTS have different sounds because they are PEOPLE, and they have different likes and dislikes because they are INDIVIDUALS. Some of those tastes overlap, of course, and some don't. Then as a group they have even more variety that hits on just about every genre out there! The solo era was supposed to show each of their INDIVIDUAL colors. Of course, they will have differences and similarities. Why are people so damn critical? My biases are JK and Jin, followed closely by Suga (I'm an extreme introvert so go figure). But guess what, I find myself playing J-Hope music more than anything except BTS. So what? I have liked some solo stuff more than others because I have my OWN musical taste too. Agust D is my go-to followed by J-hope ( all of his stuff) . V's music is phenomenal and I listen to Fri(ends) quite a bit and Layover on rainy days or when Im feeling a bit down....I love a lot of RMs stuff and I listen to JK alot because his voice amazes me. Jimin has some beautiful stuff and Jin....sigh. His voice and his music.....I mean there is something from BTS together and as individuals that covers every mood and period in my life. Why do we pick them apart all the time?!??! So frustrating to me.

BTS & BTS ARMY donates so much to causes that I think the general public isn't aware. We don't do it for the publicity though so it feels weird to talk about it. There's so many causes... not everything can be addressed. I'm on the BTS related chats. The only people there talking about RM or BTS being against NJ.... were NJ fans that came there. Yes we (ARMY) are pushing RM's song and upcoming album and we hope it will beat everyone else's... It's not about NJs. It's about supporting RM. I'm an OT7 so I support all their solo projects as well as the group. Of course some prefer one member over others and hope they will do better. I'm fine with that as long as they don't hate on the other members. I don't think they understand that all the members love and support each other... and if they knew a fan of theirs was warring against any of the other members... they would be very unhappy about it to say the least. There's nothing wrong with the guys taking different approaches. It's quite smart for them as a whole. RM & V do bring more Indy fans. JK is more western pop. Jimin, JHope, and Jin... play around the edges of both KPop & Western Pop.... with each having a style of their own such as V being more jazz-like.... and Jimin more club/dance/electronica. Suga is devoted to more hard-core rap.... with JHope also onto some of that. Heck... I wouldn't be surprised if one of them collaborates with a country artistElectronica. Why not?! Why put them in a box? JHope will just pop out anyway. 😂 I guess this diversity not only doesn't bother me.... it delights me! That's because I myself love all kinds of music from jazz to rock & country... even metal. I'm not bothered by the "pop label" being put on anything.... It just means that it has appealed to a greater mass of the population. Finally... to quote the guys and mudic.... SO WHAT??!!! If you don't like a particular kind of sound.... move on. There's plenty else to choose from.

I think the 'copying' controversy may have more to do with the similar subject matter between RM's and V's videos. 'Come Back To Me' very slightly mirrors V's 'Friends', in that they both deal with the concept of a female companion in their lives or out of their lives, and sort of plays around with the concept of time and what ifs.. but that's pretty much the only similarity that I see. Their sounds are so totally different, I can't see where anyone would even be able to come to the conclusion that one copied the other.. Also, it's likely they both filmed around a similar time frame.

BTS are huge philanthropists. BTS donated their bonus for resigning to HYBE to UNICEF as a group but still donated to causes as individuals. Its not extravagant lifestyle at the moment they are in the army which also means they are not allowed to comment politically whilst in the army. There are strict rules and you can receive discipline. Why are people so delusional. Posturing as if they are socially concious, instead showing they parrot ideas without understanding contexts. Plus RM on a live last year said he had music ready to release but would show it to us later so it didn't conflict with V. After saying he had to be careful about spoilers. So RM might have banked this in order not to compete with V and now he's accused of copying V just because its released afterwards? Yet again examples of people who don't inform themselves of the facts before spouting opinions.

Ok y wouldn’t the BTS members have Similarities in all aspects of their life including music they’ve been together over 10 years. You don’t think some of that stuff rubbed off on each other get real.

My question is how do they know celebrities haven’t donated, how? Maybe they have and maybe they haven’t. It really isn’t anyone’s business. Who do these people think they are to judge others when they don’t know. A lot of celebrities including BTS donate plenty of money to numerous charities, they just don’t advertise it. Why should they donate to every single charity in the world. They worked hard for their money just like you and me and everyone else who works. Not sure why Seventeen is being blocked, as they regularly contribute massive amounts of money to children's and vulnerable groups causes. They celebrate each year's anniversary by donating to children's causes, and became UNESCO's official ambassadors last year. Also, Seventeen may get to travel a lot and are now able to eat well and buy pretty much whatever they want or need for themselves AND their parents/families, they don't live in extravagant homes. In fact, they're all still roommates, though it's usually only 2 per living situation (Woozi lives alone due to his work writing/producing, having a full studio in his home so he CAN work at home). I'm not Army, but I know BTS has also contributed a LOT to various charitable organizations and causes. So why are people upset at either of them??
