Hey sweets! thank you so much for putting yourself on here and being vulnerable for us. I know that a rough past follows us around, whether we like it to or not, we can sometimes ease the burden, but it is always there. Just know you are not alone in your struggles, I could not see anything beautiful about myself when I was at my highest weight. People don't like to hear that you don't love yourself, but it is true, even if I wish it wasn't. Just remember, even with your flaws, you are gorgeous and I hope that one day you are able to see it just like I have come to see in myself, and how we all see you.

I'm so sorry you're going through this, Shoshana. Relationships are a real trigger for me too, and I also isolate myself. As funny as it may seem, you're not alone. I think many of us struggle with these issues. Big hugs.

Halfway through the video I realized you were talking about my video, haha!! Yes to EVERYTHING you said!! Trust issues, huge! My beauty videos force me to put on makeup and I've been trying to care more about my appearance lately. Its hard, its hard for the mind to catch up to the body. I'm not there yet, but hopefully one day right!!

My heart went out for you. It's more than just putting yourself out there. You may have had therapy, but you haven't found the right therapist. Please don't let your life and time go by. We can support, but you need more. I love social media, but there is something to be said for professional help. Time is precious

Hey girl!! This is something that you will probably need to seek counseling for. It's difficult to fix something that has been with you your whole life. I hope eventually you do figure out how to love yourself no matter what and realize you are worth loving. You are sweet girl! Easy for me to say though. I totally get the self bashing head talk. I'm also the out going one in my groups but if people heard my brain, they would think I'm a real jerk to myself!! Hang in there!!! It's an evolution and a big change! None of my friends believe that i have low selfesteem either because i am the loud out going one as well but with me if was all a front and then id cry when i was alone.
