The phone call I wasn’t prepared for.

I received a call at work telling me my mam had passed away last Thursday. Nothing prepared me for that and I keep replaying that call over and over again in my head.
It haunts me.
I never got to say goodbye to her and il always regret that but I think she came to say goodbye to me that morning in the kitchen. Il take comfort in that.
Please go and tell your loved ones you love them now after this as you never know what’s around the corner and you might now get that chance again.
I will be back online properly soon, just have lots to sort out right now with my family.

Bless you, I lost my mum in January so I’m very much sailing through grief and loss, all I can say is hang tight over the next month or two. It’ll be a blur of shock and funeral prep and lots of emotions. Just hold on tight and cry as much as you need to cry. I haven’t seen one of your videos on my feed for a while, and I believe it was meant for a reason for me to see this. Lots of love and so sorry for your loss ❤

Bless you xxx When my grampa passed a few years ago that night I cried myself to sleep and I woke up with a jolt in the night after hearing his voice saying "that's me away now", I knew that was him speaking, it was as clear as him in the room, I don't even question it. I believe when we go we don't really go, we stick to our loved ones, they're with us everywhere.. The connection of love doesn't go away, and in that way they're never really gone, they're in our hearts always.. Bless x

I’m so sorry Lauren. Grieving is a process. There’s different stages of it, go easy on yourselves as ya go. My Da passed a year and a half ago now and well remember this beginning stage. We all love ya dear, take good care of YOU as ya go now.
