If the 80s were distilled...... It had everything and I mean everything! Breasts, music, dancing, drinking, monster trucks, gangs, fighting, shootings, stabbing, Sam Elliot's mustache, Keith David in a blink and miss it part, wrestlers playing bad guys, cocaine, mullets, and a MFing giant! YES!

I low key think that Road House has the best villain of all time because he's just petty and mean for mean's sake. He's like a bastard Grinch.

This is one of those movies that makes me always think of the old ‘90’s TBS Movie Block, “Movies for Guys Who Like Movies!”.

The most hilarious thing about "Roadhouse" was the fact that throughout the runtime of the movie, multiple felonies (including, but exclusive to, assaults, vandalism, arson, and murders) are committed...yet the police make an appearance in only the last two minutes. That's so 80's action movie!

I really love it when you share little tidbits about how doing something in one movie led to an actors future career success/downfall, or about how an actor played parts in other movies. It's fun :)

Roadhouse is one of those classic 80s action movies that you can watch with a group of friends over a crate of beers and just enjoy it's over the top style of action.

When I tore my mcl dropping into a half pipe, my friend came up to em and "you okay?!" I said, pain don't hurt. In actuality, it did hurt because I'm not Dalton.

The cinema snob described this movie better than anyone. He's a national treasure. ❤

As awesome as this movie is, I always have to point out that Patrick Swayze is the second most bad ass thing in this movie to a certain West Texas cowboy from the double cross ranch who is crazy enough to try and smothering you with a plastic bag or slice you up with barbed wire or try and brand you with a flaming branding iron. RIP Terry Funk.

This flick is amazing. You have Pat and Sam, Kelly Lynch, and Ben Gazarra is absolutely brilliant as the villain, a Chicago monster who decided to move to the sticks, and extort money, but he did bring in a JC Penney:) Good Times:)

The ending with every town member getting one shot in was where my suspension of disbelief completely snaps. If they had handguns, maybe, but shotguns? Even Tony Montana couldn’t take **one** point blank shotguns blasts before succumbing to his wounds 0_O

There’s no way the remake is going to match the original. Wesley is such a great 80s villain and him dying by the town instead of the main character is such a fitting end to such a bastard.

Just watched this movie with my mom. I loved after watching a bunch of B action movies, it was genuinely nice to watch something good. Shouldn't watch Family guy because I didn't realize that Dalton was such a humble dude who always ain't looking for a fight and not the crazy punching and kicking jerk Family Guy protrayed him.

bro, i love your stuff. But , i was hesitant to watch this. I had a moment with myself saying what if Brad makes fun of this movie or this was his first watching this. You gave it the love we all have for this movie. Man, I was 18 and i tried to be like Swayze and Elliot. Fantastic tribute to this special movie. I have to watch this again with my 15 year old nephew. I think he will understand why i do what i do now. How i see the world which moving to someplace else. Movie like this reminds me why I can't transition (lol) to this new woke world. But i do understand now, the movie industry is a programing machine. They can take a whole generation from one view of the world to another. Crazy.
