Didn’t Dariush just fight Gamrot who was (and still is the up and coming lion)? It’s mainly Chandler and Poirier are being accused as spot squatters

@@handsomefatboy I included RDA and Dariush because they're a great example of fighting anyone in the rankings whereas Gaethje (prior to this Fiziev fight), Chandler and Poirier (and, bafflingly, even Charles, despite having agreed previously to fight Dariush a few years back and now having fought Islam in Abu) were the ones being seen as spot squatters.

@@user-nv2wt4hi8t In my own opinion I think it’s because they know they’re in one of the most deadliest divisions and even tho they high accolades they know there’s a high probability of them losing their spot to a Gamrot, Fiziev or Tsarukyan and even Turner (even tho he just lost recently).

Who cares if he is spot squatting. If thats whats best for him and his team. Then do that. He isnt breaking any rules and the ufc isnt doing anything about it. Therefore its a none issue. Imo

Is this going to be Justin's first fight after getting his nose fixed? Imagine how much better he'll be when he can actually breathe properly? He was already an incredible fighter! He's been my favourite fighter for a while. With his aggressive stand up style it's impossible for him to have a boring fight. As we've seen 😊

Honestly as a coach I think some of these trainers should be looking into maybe consulting some ex cons that have served long prison terms and incorporate their workout regiment into the fight camps. Some of those guys are quite literally some of the most freakishly scary individuals who have ever walked. They have crazy power, speed, and endurance. All with no supplements or drugs and while eating shitty foods. I feel there's a lot to be learned there about physical fitness.

I don’t think there’s anything that goes on in prisons that they don’t already do. They are clearly performing body weight exercises, weighted explosive movements, tracked workout performance, specific nutrition seems to be all you need. Not to mention high level sparring partners and recovery. Prison workouts will offer nothing

Did I miss the leg kicks part of the training? This is one of his signature skills, has absolutely destroyed people with this over the years, I think it would be important for this fight.

He needs to put them in combos but he doesn't know how to do it because of the boxing coach trevor wittman. He throws naked leg kicks, Oliveira showed how to neutralize them. Fiziev is a muay thai practitioner, he would counter them and defend them. Justin can knock him out but idk.
