Personally, I think the Championship Mode in No Mercy is superior to Road to WrestleMania. If you break it down, RTW is just random match after random match with very little storylines with the exception of a few cutscenes here and there. No Mercy has more focused and deliberate storylines that revolve around the main things in WWF, the championships. Don't get me wrong I enjoy RTW, it's better than most of 2K's attempts at story modes but I think No Mercy has a much more interesting and varied story mode.

@@64bitwrestling Right. That is why I liked it. It kept records and stats of the titles you win, and it left more to the imagination. Just something I enjoyed a lot more than having the same story over and over with different paths. But to each their own, I always say.
