Road Trip in the Wye Valley | Symonds Yat | Vanlife UK

2 жыл бұрынFollowing on from Camp Creator, Instead of going back to Jon I decided to head off and do an off grid park up with people I had just met
First stop was Symonds Yat for some amazing river swimming (much needed in the weather)
Followed by visiting Symonds Yat Rock and checking out the stunning view point
Then it was on to our stealth park up set amongst the gorgeous rolling hills on the edge of the Forest of Dean
I have never done anything like this before but it was so liberating! and so much fun

I used to live at Symonds Yat. Sarecens Head pub was the best pub ever. Back in the 80s!! We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep. Great to meet you Tash.

Not once have I ever though about motorhomes, yet I watched and loved all your videos from the start over the last few days in work and I now understand why people do it. The great places to visit and the fantastic people and memories along the way. You two are ace, your cats are boss and the videos are great to watch and I'll certainly be keeping up with future ones. Take it easy I'm now going to work my way through the camper vibe girls videos from the start :)

Aww thank you! Tbh, that has taken me time to grow that confidence and even doing this trip I was nervous as hell, I would never normally do anything like that! But so glad I just went for it

🥺 awww no, always say hi! I do suffer from resting birch face (don’t let that out you off 🤣) and I can get quite anxious in crowds but I always like to say hi to people and include them or chat to them so please please always say hi x

Yessss!! So chuffed I just went for it. I have been really enjoying travelling with jon again the last couple of weekend though, can’t wait to get out full time travelling again!

@@lifebeyondbricks Lou photography is very impressive, Charlie and Lauren are lovely couple, all four of them got me as well as others through the boredom of lockdown. To be honest it was a day with nothing to do and just got me out the day bumped into you. We have all had a strange past year and all thankful it behind us.
