Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe | Side Dish - This Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts video is the perfect compliment to any dinner you will have. Full of flavor and roasted to perfection they will melt in your mouth. One of the good things about these roasted Brussel Sprouts is that they pair extremely well with other side dishes, like mashed potatoes, yellow rice, and Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Also, this low carb side dish is perfect for someone who is on the Keto Diet. Enjoy!
Brussel Sprouts Ingredients
1.5 to 2 lbs Brussel Sprouts, trimmed and halved
1/3 cup Panko or Breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tbsp Butter, melted
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt (Sea Salt taste best)
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Do you make your cilantro lime rice from scratch?

Black Pearl it can’t be that hard. Cook the rice and add lime juice to taste and cilantro in it and serve. Be careful using white rice. It causes diabetes. Brown rice is much better. I think I would add just a little butter. Then the lime juice and cilantro. Hope this helps.

I love brussel sprouts. After washing and cutting off the bottoms/loose leaves, i put them in a ziploc bag, then pour olive oil into the bag, along with pepper and garlic powder. I close the bag, then turn the bag all around until the sprouts are coated. I then pour them out onto a baking sheet. I, then, roughly dice a large onion, cut up several pieces of raw bacon into small pieces, then sprinkle ot over the tops of the brussel sprouts. I bake them until a few of the pieces have slightly burnt edges.

I DID IT!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Had all ingredients. Fresh Brussel sprouts still on the stem. Got from food pantry (I call it my free farmers market). It taste SO good. No more frozen. Thank you for every detail. THem leaves are the best part. I'll pull off several layers from every brussell sprout and cook them on their on, on a cookie sheet until they crisp up and they are so good with salt pepper and garlic powder. The healthiest snack you could ever have. 400F for a few mins, but gotta have the leaves on a single level and not sitting on top of each other.
