We begin the day with Roast Goose over Noodles. You can choose to eat it with rice instead. I personally like to have the goose with the soup as it hydrates the meat. Slippery, soft, slightly tough... This bowl has a variety of textures!
Afterwards we walk over to a hidden bookshop (Flow Books) where we meet bookkeeper Surdham. He shows us vintage books, each containing pages of unique history.
Upon taking the metro to Mong Kok, we try vegetarian food near Sneaker Street and Ladies Market. We indulge in the street food scene and head back to Discovery Bay for dinner. Ready or not, watch the video to see the day unfold!
